Here’s how curated content becomes essential in these contexts.

Ensuring reliability through a fallback mechanism: selectively using curated answers over generated responses for sensitive employee intents or topics.

When it comes to answering timeline based questions, providing an answer that contains pay information, or ethical matters, the accuracy and tone of the response are more crucial.
